A small, live group designed to help you understand your symptoms, retrain your nervous system, and begin getting back to the life you’ve been missing.
Over five weeks, you’ll learn how to:
Understand why pain and symptoms can persist even after the body has healed
Recognize the patterns that keep your brain and nervous system in protection mode
Use practical tools to create safety and regulate your nervous system
Reduce fear around pain, symptoms, and movement
Reintroduce movement and activities with greater confidence
Navigate flare-ups without immediately assuming something is wrong
You'll leave with a better understanding of your own brain and body — and a toolbox you can continue using long after the program ends.
Next group begins October 21
Wednesdays | 11:30 AM–1:00 PM CT
5 weeks | Live, small-group format
Special Beta Investment: $497
Limited to approximately 10 participants
I also offer one-on-one Brain-Body Wellness sessions for people who would benefit from a more personalized approach, deeper individual guidance, or support specific to their symptoms and circumstances.
You don't have to figure that out on your own.
During your free Brain-Body Discovery Call, we'll talk about what you're experiencing, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping to get back to — and together we'll determine the best next step.
If you've tried physical therapy, injections, medications, chiropractic care, massage, surgery—or you've been told "everything looks normal"—yet you're still struggling with chronic pain, headaches, dizziness, fatigue, or unexplained symptoms... There may be another explanation. One that is grounded in neuroscience.
We'll review your Neuroplastic Pain Checklist, your health history, and determine whether this approach is the right fit for you.
• You've tried treatment after treatment but nothing lasts.
• Your imaging doesn't fully explain your symptoms.
• Your symptoms move around or change.
• Stress seems to make everything worse.
• Good days confuse you because nothing changed.
• You're afraid of making things worse.
• You're exhausted from searching for answers.
• You feel like no one really understands.
If you're nodding your head...you're exactly who I created this program for.
Your pain is real. Your symptoms are real. But pain isn't always an accurate measure of tissue damage. Sometimes the nervous system learns to stay in protection mode long after the body has healed. When that happens, your brain continues producing very real symptoms—even though your tissues are safe.
The exciting news? Brains can change.
For nearly 30 years, I've helped people recover from pain as a physical therapist. Like many clinicians, I was trained to look for structural problems—injured muscles, joints, discs, and nerves.
But over the years, I kept meeting people who didn't fit the traditional model. They had chronic pain, headaches, dizziness, fatigue, or other persistent symptoms that continued long after their bodies had healed. Many had tried physical therapy, injections, medications, massage, or even surgery, yet they were still searching for answers.
Then my own life took an unexpected turn.
After suffering a concussion, I experienced persistent neck pain, dizziness, nausea, and symptoms that made me question whether I'd ever feel like myself again. I found myself avoiding activities I loved because I was afraid they would make my symptoms worse. Despite everything I knew as a physical therapist, I realized there was a missing piece.
As I began studying pain neuroscience, neuroplasticity, and the incredible ability of the brain and nervous system to change, everything started to make sense—not only for me, but for so many of the patients I had struggled to help.
Learning how to retrain my own nervous system didn't just change my recovery—it completely transformed the way I practice.
Today, I help people understand how an overprotective nervous system can create very real symptoms, and how those learned patterns can be retrained through evidence-based neuroscience, nervous system regulation, movement, and compassionate coaching.
My mission is simple: to help people stop living in fear of their symptoms, regain confidence in their bodies, and get back to living the life they love.
Because I want you to know something I wish someone had told me sooner:
Your symptoms are real. Your brain is adaptable. And your body is not broken.

The purpose of the Discovery Call is to help determine whether a neuroplastic (brain-generated or brain-amplified) component may be contributing to your symptoms. While I can't diagnose neuroplastic pain through a website, we'll review your Neuroplastic Pain Checklist, health history, and symptom patterns to help determine whether this approach may be appropriate for you.
Absolutely not. Your symptoms are real. Neuroplastic pain doesn't mean you're imagining your symptoms—it means your brain and nervous system may have learned to stay in a protective state, continuing to produce real pain or other symptoms even after the original injury has healed or in the absence of ongoing tissue damage. The encouraging news is that the brain is capable of learning new, healthier patterns.
Many people have findings on MRI or X-rays that are a normal part of aging and may not be the source of their symptoms. Imaging is one piece of the puzzle, but it doesn't always explain why someone continues to experience persistent pain. During your Discovery Call, we'll look at your whole story—not just your imaging—to better understand what may be contributing to your symptoms.
Yes. Many people who have had surgery continue to experience persistent pain or other symptoms even after their tissues have healed. Brain-Body Reset doesn't replace your surgical care—it complements it by helping address any nervous system patterns that may still be contributing to your symptoms.
Not at all. This program is designed to complement—not replace—your medical care. I encourage participants to continue working with their healthcare providers and to follow any medical recommendations they receive.
No. Brain-Body Reset is an educational and coaching program rooted in pain neuroscience, nervous system regulation, and evidence-based approaches to neuroplastic pain. While we may discuss how stress and emotions can influence the nervous system, this program is not physical therapy, psychotherapy, mental health counseling, or a substitute for licensed mental health care.
Not at all. The brain remains capable of change throughout life—a quality known as neuroplasticity. Many people experience meaningful improvements even after living with chronic symptoms for years. While every person's journey is unique and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed, it's never too late to help your nervous system learn a new pattern.
You don't have to keep figuring this out alone. Let's determine whether this approach is right for you.
